Terms of Service
By creating an account or placing an order you agree to these terms. Effective October 27, 2026.
The service
BacklinksPro ("we", "us"), operator of backlinkspro.net, provides a self-serve marketplace where buyers order dofollow link placements on third-party websites and publishers can offer placements on their own sites. Contact and requests go through your account page.
Accounts
You must provide accurate information. Keep your credentials and API keys confidential, because you are responsible for activity under your account. You must be old enough to form a binding contract and, if you act for a company or a client, authorised to do so. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.
Orders and delivery
Adding a placement to the basket creates no obligation and no charge. An order is placed when you pay the basket from your balance. After payment the content is prepared according to the mode you chose: automatic, your own instructions or your own article. Placements usually go live within about 24 hours, but this is an estimate and not a deadline. Status appears under ordered links.
Balance and payments
Orders are paid from your dashboard balance, which you top up in the dashboard. Prices are shown per placement before you pay. Invoices and proforma invoices are available on request. Check before you pay. Look at the price and the target page, because because a placement that has been delivered cannot be undone by us.
No guarantees about search results
Links are one input among many. We promise nothing about rankings, traffic, indexing or any other outcome in Google or another search engine, and we do not claim a placement is immune to algorithm updates or manual action. You are responsible for deciding whether and how to use bought links on your sites and your clients' sites. Read our timeline guidance before planning a campaign.
Acceptable use
You may not submit unlawful, defamatory, infringing, hateful, deceptive or malware-related content or target sites that promote them. We may refuse or remove orders that breach this rule, or that we reasonably believe harm donors, readers or other users. You may not scrape the marketplace, resell access without permission or interfere with the service. Be sensible.
Publishers
Publishers who list sites confirm they own or control them, set their own price, approve each placement and keep placements live. Payouts are made weekly according to the terms shown in the dashboard.
Liability and changes
The service is provided as available. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost revenue or rankings, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the order concerned. We may update these terms and will change the date above. Continued use after a change means you accept it. See also the privacy policy.
