Privacy Policy
This policy explains what data BacklinksPro processes and why. Effective October 27, 2026.
Who we are
The operator of backlinkspro.net is BacklinksPro ("we", "us"). Privacy questions go through your account page. This policy covers the website, the dashboard and the REST and MCP interfaces. We take it seriously.
Data we collect
Account data: your email address and login credentials when you register. Order data: the target URLs, anchors, instructions and articles you submit, the donor domains you select and the status of each placement. Billing data: payment amounts, balance movements and invoice details you provide. Technical data: IP address, browser type, device information and log entries needed to operate and secure the service. We keep it minimal.
We do not need your date of birth or government identification to run the marketplace, and we ask you not to include sensitive personal data in order instructions.
How we use it
We use your data to create and secure your account, process orders and payments, deliver placements, send service messages such as order status and invoices, answer support requests, detect abuse and fraud, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal data.
Cookies
We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and to protect the site, and limited analytics to understand which pages are used. You can block cookies in your browser, but the dashboard may not work without the essential ones.
Sharing
We share data only with providers needed to run the service, such as hosting, payment processing, email delivery and analytics, and with publishers to the extent required to publish your article and link. We may disclose data when the law requires it or to protect our rights and users. Published articles and links are public by nature. No resale.
Retention and security
Records are kept with care. We keep account and order records for as long as your account is active and for as long as accounting, tax and dispute purposes require. Technical logs are kept only as long as we need them to run and secure the service. We use access controls, encrypted connections and monitoring, but no system is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute protection.
Your rights
You can ask about the data held on your account, ask for a correction, or ask for your account to be closed. Make these requests through your account page. Some records, such as invoices, may need to be kept for accounting reasons. Just ask.
API keys and agents
If you use the REST API or connect an AI agent over MCP, you are responsible for keeping your key secret and for what the agent does under your account. Revoke a key at once if you suspect it has leaked.
Changes
We may update this policy and will change the date above when we do. Material changes will be notified by email or in the dashboard. Questions about other documents, including our terms of service, can be raised through your account page, and general information about the service is on the about page. Check back.
